Five layer plastic sheet co-extrusion line
I. Features:
1.It adopts three extruder structure, suitable for PP, PS, EVOH,
AHD and other material production, for example, PP/ADH/EVOH/ADH/PP
structure, EVOH layer is protected from oxygen, make the package
durable.
2.The extruders are equipped with gear pump quantitative
transmission, and the United States Dynisco pressure sensor,
pressure and extruder rev closed-loop control.
3.Five layer feed box,using flow and the leaves space technology,
make layered more uniform, never fault after molding drive plug
assist.
4.Independent power system, and used straight conjunction drive to
improve transmission efficiency.
5.Adopt PLC Control, data setting, calculation, feed-back,
diagnostic aid, alarm are automation.
