I. Function and Use
1. It adopts stable hydraulic system and pneumatic technology, operation is stable, noise is low, mold locking ability is strong and quality is high. It mainly consists of formed machine, material rack, material receiving machine and screen controlled by electricity.
2. The machine is completely automatic, productive speed is fast. Different products can be produced with different molds.
3. The design of the mold is advanced and special, heat the thermoplastic plastic flake board and put on the mold, pull the piston, give the pressure to the air, keep the flake board close to the inside of the mold to form, then cut and automatically blow the product. The structure of the whole machine is compact, one mold has all the functions, like pressure giving, forming, cutting, cooling, and finished product blowing, so the process is short, quality of the finished product is high and matches with national sanitary standard.
4. The machine is fit for producing PP, PE, PET, PS, HIPS plastic products. Heat the plastic flake board to some degree until it is formed to make different containers, like, milk cup, jelly cup, ice cream cup, one-off cup, instant noodle bowl, fast food box, food box, etc.

1.Four-pole structure, durable #45 chrome plated steel with good rigidity and abrasion resistance.
2.7 zones automatic temperature controls with tolerance within 1.5℃.

4.Conveyor chain with gear and double sub-chain. Water-cooling tube in chain way ensures high cooling efficiency and water-saving. Stainless steel board covers the inner machine body. Nitrinized-38CrMoAlA-made chain track guarantees its hardness and durability.
5.Low barycenter and height of finished products as well as steady running ensures easy operation and friendly viewing.
6.Sheet feed by transducer, high precision sheet feeding with tolerance within 5mm to ensures sheet saving.
7. All motors are overwork-protected.
8. SIEMENS PLC human-machine interface control ensures smooth and exact operation
9. Left-over-sheet reminder installed at the end of the machine with max sheet roll diameter of 0.8m.
